Cisco IPsec prompting for password on Mac Resolution
From Witopiawiki
If Cisco IPsec is prompting you for your password on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)..... and that bothers you enough to want to do dive into the guts of your Mac to solve, here's how:
Open your Keychain: Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Keychain Access
Under Keychains, select System
Under Category, select All Items
In the right column, select the item(s) called WiTopia IPSec (or whatever you called your VPN connection)
Double-click the WiTopia IPsec which is of IPSec XAuth Password type
Select the Access Control tab (Enter your password if asked)
Click the plus "+" sign
When Finder opens, press Cmd + Shift + G on your keyboard
When the Go To Folder dialog appears, enter /usr/libexec
Click "Go"
In the /usr/libexec folder select configd and click Add
Click Save Changes
Close Keychain Access and (re-)connect to the VPN
